Submit Video

When submitting a video please ensure that your video follows ALL the guidelines below:

FORMAT
We prefer for videos to be provided to us in high quality digital format, ideally on a CD or DVD. We accept most common formats: WMA, AVI and QUICKTIME. We also accept videos submitted on MINI DV in PAL format.

We can not accept videos in any format other than those listed above.

VIDEO QUALITY
- Check audio and visual are in sync
- Ensure audio levels are not too high. Audio should peak at no more than -6db.
- Do not use flashing lights or images as it can trigger epileptic fits
- Do not add any logos or onscreen information (e.g. track title or artist) as we will do this ourselves
- Make sure your video looks professional. Put bluntly, if it looks crap we’re not going to play it!

VIDEO CONTENT
LANGUAGE
If your video contains swear words or potentially offensive language then please also provide a clean version.

DRUGS and VIOLENCE
It is best not to glamourize drug use or violence in music videos - it will get your video banned from most places so that’s a lot of work for nothing! Our channel is watched by people of all ages so please consider what is suitable for under-18s. Again, it’s best to send 2 versions if you are unsure - one uncut and one clean.

ADVERTISING, PRODUCT PLACEMENT and ONSCREEN INFORMATION
We are a music channel not a billboard so we are not interested in advertising other people’s products. Please do not include adverts or product placement in your video. We also can not accept video’s that have logos superimposed over them or any other information such as track title and artists name.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It is also useful if you put together a press pack. Suggested items to include:

BIOGRAPHY
DISCOGRAPHY (a list of all your songs with relase dates and label details)
SONG LYRICS
PHOTOGRAPHS (in a digital format such as jpeg, png or gif)
CONTACT DETAILS (you MUST provide an email address, phone number is optional)
